About Veronique Hval
Waterfront and Luxury Real Estate
Best In Client Satisfaction by Seattle Magazine
Veronique grew up in France. She moved to Seattle in the early 90s and had several careers before starting real estate, among which she co-directed a private language school, exhibited her botanical watercolors in small urban galleries, and wrote a collection of short stories for children.
About ten years ago, she moved to Three Tree Point with her family to enjoy the proximity of the city while having the feeling of countryside-living surrounded by the views of Puget Sound, the mountains, and the lush Northwest vegetation.
She is now an active member of her local community. She specializes in residential waterfront real estate and has a whole array of expertise.
Veronique is a waterfront and water view real estate expert and travels all along the sound as well as Lake Washington, Lake Sammamish or other local bodies of water to help home owners sell their properties or buyers find their dream WaterHavens. Her waterfront website, www.WaterHavens.com, is uniquely designed for waterfront and water view properties, and it attracts many buyers from across the United States as well as other continents.
Among her other specialties, she is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Staging & Feng Shui Professional (ASP), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a short sale expert, a marketing & Internet real estate specialist (EPro) and a Luxury Marketing Expert. She is also the South King County Windermere Relocation Specialist.
She keeps abreast of the local markets and is an avid learner. Every year, Veronique takes numerous classes and designations to keep up with a fast moving market. She is currently working on adding to the list of her designations two new specialties: one regarding International Real Estate and another one in Vacation & Secondary Residences.
She is very proactive in her way of approaching buyers & homeowners, and has the connections to also buy and sell many properties off market. She also keeps her clients informed of market changes and interesting real estate information that may benefit them.
Veronique's positive and enthusiastic attitude enabled her to be voted Best Real Estate Agent in Client Satisfaction in Seattle Magazine for two years in a row, and she was honored to win the Woman Of The Year Award from the National Association of Professional Women.
